The foreign population in Verona and the province's municipalities continues to grow, as Cestim 2023 Statistical Documentation, recently released.
At the beginning of 2023, the province of Verona, which comprises 98 municipalities, had a total of 111.265 immigrants, from a total of 923.950 inhabitants, which represented 12% of the population. The population of Verona is made up of 38.207 immigrants, corresponding to 14,8% of the population.

Births and immigration
In 2022, there was a decline in the number of newborn births to non-Italian parents compared to previous years. In 2022, 4.654 immigrants were registered in the province, an increase of 4.654 compared to the previous year.

Young population
