The objective of the fair is to value the Italian family tradition in São Paulo’s gastronomy
The mansion of the Italian Institute of Culture (IIC) in São Paulo, in the Higienópolis neighborhood, will be the stage for the first “Feira Buona Cucina”, a gastronomy event that brings together small Italian and Brazilian producers. Between the 4th and 5th of August, anyone who passes by will be able to discover, taste and buy items such as cannoli, tiramisù, fresh pasta, antipasti, sausages, olive oil, coffee, chocolates, sauces, cheeses, the famous limoncello liqueur, wines, tartufos and kitchen items with Italian design.
The restaurants A Pizza da Mooca, Basilicata, Friccò & Sauro, Modi, Spadaccino and Jardim de Napoli will also be at the “Feira Buona Cucina”. The main objective of the fair is to value the Italian family tradition in the gastronomy of the city of São Paulo, the largest in the world in terms of the number of Italian descendants. For children up to 12 years old, from 14pm to 16pm on Sunday, there will be a workshop on producing colored pasta with natural pigments.
