customers of Spoleto can now create their own pizzas. The chain, known for its customizable doughs and ingredients, has launched a line of pizzas after five years of development. The project involved the participation of chefs from Spoleto and national and Italian consultants.
According to a Rafael Pardo, Spoleto’s Brand Director, the new product reflects the chain’s commitment to offering unique gastronomic experiences. “A typical Italian restaurant needs to have pizza on the menu. We work tirelessly to create a product that combines authenticity, innovation and quality,” said Pardo.
With the slogan “The pizza that’s just your style”, the line features traditional flavors such as mozzarella, pepperoni, margherita, Portuguese, four cheeses, chicken with cream cheese and pepperoni with cream cheese. In addition, customers can customize their pizzas by choosing up to four ingredients in the “Create your own” format.
Quality and practicality in every slice
The pizzas are individual, 24 cm in diameter, and were developed to offer practicality without sacrificing flavor. Prepared with light and crispy dough, opened by hand, and sauce with extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil, they are sold from R$29,90.
“It was a challenging but very rewarding task. Our priority has always been to align tradition and innovation, creating an irresistible experience for the Brazilian consumer,” highlighted Andrea Cristina Conceição, Spoleto’s Executive Chef.
A Pizza Spoleto will be sold exclusively in the chain's physical restaurants in Brazil, except in units that share space with other pizzeria brands. For now, the new product will not be available for delivery.
