Santa Teresa hosts, from Friday (20) to Sunday (22), the Nostra Cultura Festival, with over 50 dishes inspired by Italian tradition and a cultural program spread across different parts of the city.

The event brings together 47 restaurants, cafes, wineries, and pastry shops. Prices range from R$ 10,50 to R$ 340, with options for different budgets.
In this edition, the festival will be divided into gastronomic circuits in the Historic Center, Vale do Canaã, Caravaggio, Portal da Cidade, and Tabocas regions. The idea is to allow visitors to create their own itinerary while exploring Santa Teresa.
Recognized as the first city of Italian colonization in Brazil, Santa Teresa The menu will include classics such as bruschetta and ravioli, Tiramisu From handmade pasta to reinterpretations of Italian cuisine.

Among the highlights are the Neapolitan pizza with shiitake mushrooms and Grana Padano cheese, the pumpkin risotto with Gorgonzola and dried beef ragu, and desserts such as pear gelato with wine.
Among the participating establishments, Costelitos SteakHouse offers the "Picanha do Patrão" (Boss's Picanha), weighing 1 kg and served with sides, for R$ 269, serving up to six people. Giardino Ristorante presents filet mignon parmigiana with stracciatella, confit cherry tomatoes, and prosciutto for R$ 121. Ninho do Colibri Bistrô will have filet mignon parmigiana with handmade tagliatelle in sage butter for R$ 59,90. Santa Canela Gastrobar participates with sweet and sour pancetta with Thai risotto for R$ 89.
Show-and-tell classes and workshops for children
In addition to the food, the festival will feature free cooking demonstrations. The activities will be led by chefs from the Italian Federation of Chefs (FIC) and local professionals.
Classes take place on Friday (20), at 18 pm, and on Saturday (21), at 11 am, at Senac in Santa Teresa.
Children will also have a specific activity. The workshop “Cucina Bambino – The Fantastic Cookie Factory”, led by chef Claide Rasseli, will be held on Saturday (21), with classes at 10 am and 14 pm, for participants aged 7 to 12.
Cultural program for all three days
The musical and cultural program takes place mainly on Rua do Lazer. On Friday (20), the attractions start at 18 pm with DJ Rossi. Then, there will be a presentation by the Nonnas at 19 pm, the official opening at 19:30 pm and a show by Ferna and Banda at 20 pm.
On Saturday (21), the agenda includes the traditional Grape Stomping, at 12:30 pm, the Camminata del Vino, a walk organized by the Lions Club, and a children's dance performance by the Circolo Trentino di Santa Teresa.
Another activity scheduled for Saturday is the Collective Sabrage, at 14:30 pm. This practice marks the end of the grape harvest.
The day will also feature the Rock in the Square project, a performance by the Circolo Trentino Band, and a show by Brasitália.

On Sunday (22), the program continues with Italian Singing, a presentation by the Orquestra Amigos do Violão de Alfredo Chaves, DJ Rossi and a show by Trio Zuppa.
