Died in this Monday (17), at the age of 99, Elena Curti, the bastard daughter of Benito Mussolini.

Born October 19, 1922, on the eve of the March on Rome, it was the result of the relationship between Mussolini and the seamstress Angela Cucciati, wife of Milan leader Bruno Curti. 

Elena Curti lived in acquapendente, in the province of Viterbo, in the Lazio region.

Elena Curti didn't know anything from her descent from the Duce until she was twenty, when her mother revealed everything to her during dinner.

The mother also told Elena who Mussolini knew he was his father. “From that day on, I spent whole days questioning myself in front of the mirror with photos of the Duce and my father”, confessed Elena.

In addition to his wife Rachele Guidi's five children, Benito Mussolini He had other children due to his intense activity as a seducer with numerous lovers. 

The most famous, also because the story was remembered in the film “Vincere” by Marco Bellocchio (2009), is Benito Albino, son of Ida Dalser, who was born in 1915 and was also recognized by the future Duce, taking his surname.
