Italian Fiat is the newest Official Sponsor of the Brazilian Football Team. The announcement was made this week, at the headquarters of the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF), in Rio de Janeiro. The sponsorship lasts for four years and covers all football teams: youth, Olympic and main, men's and women's.
The link continues until the Qatar 2022 World Cup and includes other international competitions, such as the Women's World Cup (France), Copa América Brazil 2019, Copa América 2020 and the Tokyo Olympic Games (Japan), in 2020.
The announcement was made by the president of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) for Latin America, Antonio Filosa, and by Rogério Caboclo, executive director of Management and president-elect of the CBF.
Fiat will have the right to use the title of Official Sponsor of the Brazilian Football Team and to give visibility to the sponsorship in its communication and promotional actions – whether in the virtual environment or in competitions and friendlies in which the Team plays. Sponsorship amounts were not disclosed.
