O consulate Italy's General Secretariat in Porto Alegre is taking important steps to improve public service.
The agency announced this Thursday (02) the creation of a call center.
The service goes into operation next Monday, March 6, according to a note published on the local consulate's social media.
O call center will be “active from Monday to Friday from 9am to 17pm to answer questions about consular services”, says the note. The contact number will be (51) 2500-7515.
Public service provided by the Italian consulate in Porto Alegre is a source of frustration for those who need services, but recently the new consul Valerio Caruso has taken important steps to improve the image of the consular body.
Another important decision is hiring new employees. In November, Caruso announced the selection and hiring of two administrative assistants.
