The traditional video game series “The Legend of Zelda” was honored this Wednesday (30) in Italy on the occasion of the opening of the Lucca Comics & Games, Europe's leading comics and pop culture fair.

Lucca train station has received a train that has been customized with a paint job dedicated to the legendary Japanese saga.

The interior of the vehicle was also modified, as characters from the game “The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom” were drawn on the carriages.

Before arriving in Lucca, the train was used in the cities of Rome and Naples with the aim of promoting the mega event in Tuscany.

According to the promoters of the tribute, the train will run in the coming days on the Florence-Lucca-Viareggio and Lucca-Pisa lines.

“The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom,” which is an open-world adventure game set in the kingdom of Hyrule, was released in May 2023 for the Nintendo Switch family of consoles. (HANDLE)
