Italy chosen as 'best international destination' in SP

Italy won the “TOP-SP: Best Partners 2024” award in the “Best International Destination” category during the 3rd Abav MeetingSP, in São Paulo.

According to a statement from the Italian National Tourism Agency (Enit) published on Linkedin, Belpaese was chosen with 72% of the votes from agencies associated with Abav-SP and Aviesp, which celebrated “the cultural heritage, gastronomy, landscapes and Italian hospitality”.

Enit's representative in Brazil, Barbara Oristanio, attended the awards ceremony held on December 5 in the capital of São Paulo, “highlighting the importance of this success in strengthening links between Brazil and Italy in tourism”.

 “A recognition that places Italy increasingly at the center of international tourism,” wrote Enit.

Oristanio also celebrated the choice on his professional network profile.
