La Pergola, in Rome
Located inside the Waldorf Astoria hotel, the restaurant is run by Heinz Beck. The cuisine combines rigorous technique and Mediterranean tradition.
Among the signature dishes are the fagottelli inspired by carbonara. The Michelin Guide highlights the balance between expressive richness and clarity of flavors.

From Vittorio, in Brusaporto
Founded in the 1960s by Vittorio Cerea, the restaurant became a landmark in Lombardy. The establishment established a concept of seafood cuisine in a region traditionally associated with meat.

Harry's Piccolo, in Trieste

Casa Perbellini 12 Apostoli, in Verona

Osteria Francescana, in Modena
