The “Filó Cênico Musical – 150 Years of Italian Immigration” took the audience on a sensorial and emotional journey to the origins of Italian immigrants during the preview held on Thursday night (6), at the Festa da Uva Events Center.
Combining theater, music, and gastronomy, the show will be officially presented on the following days. March 8 and 14, the 4th Harvest Festival, with the promise of thrilling residents and tourists.
The proposal is to recreate the traditional filós, typical gatherings that brought together immigrants to sing, tell stories, dance and share typical foods. The welcoming atmosphere was guaranteed by the presentation of Girotondo Group and by the play In Osteria, performed by the theater troupe Colonial Mercy.
The Queen of the Grape Festival 2024, Lizandra Mello Chinalli, and the princesses Eduarda Ruzzarin Menezes e Letícia de Carvalho They took the audience through key moments in the trajectory of Italians in Rio Grande do Sul, celebrating the culture, traditions and contribution of these immigrants to the region.
Harvest Festival Schedule
The Harvest Festival takes place from March 7th to 23rd, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, at the Mário Bernardino Ramos Events Park.
The event offers free entry, with paid parking, and features guided tours, typical cuisine, musical shows and several cultural attractions that celebrate the agricultural tradition and Italian heritage in Serra Gaúcha.
