the italian company Ferrero announced the arrival in Brazil of Ferrero Rocher chocolate bars, a brand beloved by Brazilians and which now comes in a new format to win over an increasingly demanding public.
The bars will be available throughout the country in white, milk and dark chocolate (55% cocoa) versions, with an eye on more informal and affordable consumption.
“When we think of chocolates, they are very focused on special moments, big events, like Christmas and Easter, and the bar is a new experience, a little more for everyday life,” the marketing director of the Ferrero Rocher brand in South America, Fabio Pessoa, told ANSA during the launch of the products in São Paulo.
“The bars complement the chocolates in another format, more informal and accessible, opening the brand’s doors to another type of consumption”, added the executive.
The bars could already be found in a few specialized stores in large cities, which imported them independently, but will now be distributed by Ferrero (also owner of Nutella, Kinder and Tic Tac) to all states in Brazil, which, according to Pessoa, guarantees higher quality products on the shelves and a “more accessible” price.
“The Brazilian market is very important, and we are seeing that consumers are becoming increasingly more specialized in chocolates,” he added. (HANDLE)
