In a year characterized by the pandemic, many italian companies decided to reward their employees despite the crisis.

What happened in Classic Ferrari for sale, a leading brand even when talking about generosity towards its workers, is a record.
Each employee of the company from Maranello will receive a competitiveness bonus, for the year 2020, in the total value of 7.500 euros – approximately R$49 thousand.
Ferrari still offers serological tests on a voluntary basis to its workers and family members.
Still in the automobile world, the Stellantis – the new supergroup born from the merger between FCA and PSA – will pay a bonus of 1.370 euros – approximately R$9.
A De Longhi, the largest European manufacturer of portable appliances and based in Treviso, distributed a bonus of 1.047 euros to more than 10.500 employees spread across the entire Italian territory.
Already Ferrero Group, by Giovanni Ferrero, the richest man in Italy in 2020, paid a bonus of 2.100 euros to each of the 6 Italian employees.
A Barilla decided to help its employees during one of the most symbolic moments of the year: Christmas. During the Christmas holidays, all workers at the multinational based in Parma they received an extra €1.000 regardless of the type of contract.
Finally, the Unieuro approved a prize worth 500 euros, intended for each of the group's 550 employees.
