One of the largest Brazilian real estate companies, JHSF Participações, known for the Fasano luxury hotel chain, moves to Sardinia, where it will build a new complex near Porto San Paolo, opposite the island of Tavolara.
In a note, the company announced the acquisition of controlling interest in Tavolara Bay Srl, through JHSF Capital, an investment that marks a new important step in the international expansion of activities in internationally famous destinations.
With the acquisition, JHSF, in collaboration with project partners, will develop the new Hotel Fasano Sardenha, in an area on the seafront with a beach of approximately 500 thousand square meters.
According to the project, the hotel will have around 60 rooms and suites. Furthermore, the exclusive villas for sale will be built on around 30 plots of land, with surfaces ranging between 200 and 500 square meters each.
The statement also promises a stunning view and luxurious, personalized hotel services.
A beach club on the resort's beach, marina services for boats, restaurants with local gastronomic specialties and a small shopping center complete the investment.
The Fasano chain has hotels in New York, Punta del Este and eight destinations in Brazil, including São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. (HANDLE)
