In the ranking of Global Wealth and Lifestyle Report 2021, Milan occupies 13th position in the world, behind only Bangkok and Dubai and before Sydney and Barcelona. 

In Europe, only Munich, Zurich, Paris and London are more expensive than the city of Milan.

According to the report, property prices “premium” in Milan jumped in 2020: the prices of residential real estate are the highest in Italy and demand remains stable in the market.
