Starting this Sunday (20), the portal Italianism premiere of the series “Made in Italy: Stars of the world“, dedicated to revealing the stories of dozens of international celebrities who keep their connection with Italy alive — not only through documents, but through blood, heritage and identity.
De Lady Gaga a Robert De Niro, Fernanda Torres a Sylvester Stallone, these stars share something beyond talent: they carry the Italian soul in their DNA. And many of them make a point of recognizing and celebrating this origin with pride.
While some try to impose bureaucratic barriers and cold decrees to limit the right to Italian citizenship, what pulses in the veins cannot be erased with letterhead ink. No politician, however despicable, has the power to annul the ancestral bond of millions of Italian descendants scattered around the world.
The first name in the series is the actor Nicolas Cage.
In total, 20 icons from the world of film, music, and sports will be featured in the series.
O Italianism will delve into their origins, family tree, careers and the relationship of these icons with their Italian roots. A tribute to those who shine in the spotlight, but never forget where they came from.
This article is part of the series “Made in Italy: World Stars”, in Italianism, celebrating international personalities with Italian roots.
