In an Italian city it is forbidden to get sick: the mayor Carlotta Oppizzi signed a very strange ordinance, especially during a pandemic.
But the law is nothing more than a protest. The provocative order signed by the mayor of Ferriere, a small town in the province of Piacenza, at northern Italy is because the ASL (local health administration unit) decided merge the ongoing assistance service of Ferriere with that of the neighboring city tavern.
