The city of São Sebastião, on the coast of São Paulo, is preparing to receive the Italian Festival 2024, an event that promises to delight residents and tourists with the best of Italian culture and gastronomy.
Organized by the City Hall of São Sebastião, in partnership with the Department of Tourism (SETUR) and the 'Deodato Sant'Anna' Educational and Cultural Foundation (Fundass), the festival will take place from November 7 to 10, from 17 pm to 23 pm, at the Rua da Praia Tourist Complex, in the Historic Center.
Mouth-watering Italian cuisine
With 33 gastronomic stands, the festival offers a true journey through the flavors of Italy.
Visitors will be able to taste typical dishes such as lasagna, risotto, ravioli, meatballs, pizzas, cannoli, tiramisu, gelatos and much more.
Authentic Italian cuisine will be one of the main attractions for the public, providing a unique experience.
Cultural and historical attractions
In addition to gastronomy, the festival features artistic presentations that exalt Italian tradition.
This year's highlight will be the Fivizzano Historical Group, straight from Tuscany, with its flag shows and Renaissance costumes.
This renowned group has performed at more than 1.800 events around the world and will take the audience on a true cultural immersion.
Strengthening ties with Tuscany
The Italian Festival of San Sebastian strengthens its partnership with its sister city fivizzano, in Tuscany, established by Municipal Law No. 2.641/2019.
This cultural exchange aims to strengthen social, economic and cultural relations between cities, promoting tourism and local historical heritage.
