Juventus, traditional football club in the city of São Paulo, can be acquired by italian group Living soul.
The purchase by the company of contact center foresees a management exchange with Italian leaders and the rental of the Javari Street stadium for commercial exploitation.
The interest in Juventus is due to the fact that the club have in Brazil a brand linked to Italy.
As a result, the company intends to develop a plan to promote greater integration between the team and the neighborhood of Mooca.
The CEO of Living soulMarco Tripi has connections with people involved with the Roma football team, including the Italian Francesco Totti and the Brazilians Aldair and Cafu.
AlmavivA intends to buy 90% of the shares of the São Paulo team, which would retain the remaining 10%.
The company will not be able to renovate areas listed by the government, but will create spaces for boxes and institutional and promotional events.
Juventus has an open meeting until January 31st so that a vote can be taken on transforming the club into a Football Anonymous Society (SAF).
If the sale is approved, there will be no changes to the team's name or visual identity.
Juventus currently competes in the second division of the Campeonato Paulista and does not participate in the Brazilian Championship.
