Bulgari lit up the Christmas lights in Rome, the capital of Italy, illuminating more than 20 squares in the city, including the area formed by Via dei Condotti, Piazza di Spagna and Scalinata di Trinità dei Monti, where the brand installed, for the fourth year in a row, a custom-designed Christmas tree.
The snake, an icon of the brand's jewelry, inspired the decoration of the Christmas tree, which was shaped like an ellipse, made with acrylic and brass covered in gold material.
The top houses the eight-pointed star, also a Bulgari trademark.
Lighting throughout the capital has opted to use new technologies and renewable materials. On Via dei Condotti alone, a street that is home to stores of several internationally renowned Italian brands, 14,3 low-energy lamps were installed.
The place also gained an illuminated eight-pointed star.
In the Roman suburbs, 4 low-energy light bulbs illuminate traditional Christmas trees.
“For Bulgari, it is a great honor to be part of this extraordinary Christmas initiative, which allows us, once again, to pay tribute to Rome, our city,” said the group's CEO, Jean-Christophe Babin.
“Christmas in Rome is always a special moment, but this year it will be even more magical, thanks to the virtuous collaboration with Bulgari, with whom we have been able to bring light to the celebrations throughout the capital,” highlighted Mayor Roberto Gualtieri.HANDLE)
