During Christmas mass, a priest in Italy recommended drinking a lot of wine because, according to him, “sober people don't go to heaven”.

“Today I invite you to eat well and drink plenty, but not Coca-Cola. Good wine. Because wine is a sign of eternal life. In heaven, my brothers, non-drinkers will not be able to enter. Because wine is for drinking.” 

These are the words of Father Pietro Cesena, from Borgotrebbia, cities on the outskirts of Piacenza, in the Emilia-Romagna region.
