O olive oil, obtained from olives, is very versatile in gastronomy, whether for frying, seasoning salads or as a finishing touch to dishes, offering notes of bitterness and spiciness.
Its popularity has led to several brands emerging on the market, and some Brazilian productions have stood out internationally, as shown by the results of Flos Olei ranking 2025.
The list released reveals 11 Brazilian brands, and two of them achieved the highest scores out of a total of 100: Olive Oil Farm I knew, from Sao Paulo, and the Prosperato, from Rio Grande do Sul, who achieved 97 points.
The Rio Grande do Sul brand Estância das Oliveiras also scored 90 points, while the other Brazilian options evaluated scored around 80 points. See the Brazilian brands and their respective scores below:
