And solidarity in the country continues to surprise. Today, in Marsala, a city in the region of Sicilia, a regular customer ordered a coffee, but when paying, he handed a €50 note to the employee and refused the change.

“I'm a lucky person. I have a public servant’s salary that is paid for by the taxes that you also pay me.”, said the supportive customer.

The downward trend recorded in the epidemiological curve of Covid-19 led the Italian government – ​​Prime Minister, Giuseppe Conte – to accelerate the deconfinement, allowing the reopening of practically all commercial establishments from this Monday.
