The 2026 Michelin Guide reinforces that it's possible to eat well in Italy without spending a fortune. The new edition features 654 starred restaurants and highlights affordable options through the Bib Gourmand label, which recognizes complete meals for around €40 to €45.

In Italy, There are 255 restaurants with this distinction., including 24 new establishments.
