WindTre
The operator WindTre offers the “Tourist Pass” chip for €25. It includes 200GB of 5G internet for up to 30 days, unlimited minutes within Italy and 100 minutes for calls to 53 countries. Up to 23GB can be used while roaming within the European Union.
There is also the "Tourist Pass XL" version, also for €25, valid for two months. The difference is that the roaming limit in the EU drops to 15GB.
The chip automatically deactivates after the expiration date. It can be purchased in physical stores or activated as an eSIM through the official WindTre website.
Vodafone
Vodafone has two options aimed at tourists:

TIM
TIM, one of the most traditional operators in Italy, offers the "Tim Tourist" plan.
The cost is €24,99 (€10 for the SIM card and €14,99 for the plan), with 200GB of 5G internet for 30 days. For an additional €5, unlimited internet is available.
The plan also includes unlimited minutes within Italy and 100 minutes for calls to 58 countries. Up to 23GB can be used while roaming in the EU.
The SIM card deactivates automatically after 30 days. The purchase must be made at a TIM physical store.
Air it
Airalo is a digital operator that offers eSIMs, working with networks such as WindTre, Vodafone, and Iliad in Italy.
There are 18 data packages available, ranging from €3,50 to €63, depending on the amount of internet data and the desired period.
