O Consulate in Belo Horizonte obtained an average of 3.9 stars, slightly lower than in 2022, when it reached 4.0 stars. Even so, it reaffirms its reputation for efficiency and quality in the service offered by the consular team in Minas Gerais.

Soon after, we have the Consulates in São Paulo and Porto Alegre, which received an average of 3.6 stars. Although they also received positive reviews, some users mentioned the need for greater agility in the service process, especially in relation to scheduling appointments at the Italian Consulate in São Paulo.

A notable highlight was the Italian consulate in Porto Alegre, which showed a significant increase in its rating, jumping from 2.7 to 3.6 stars. This progress reflects the effort and commitment of the consular team to meet users' demands and improve the quality of the service provided.

A Italian Embassy in Brazil also registered an improvement in its rating, rising from 2.7 to 3.3 stars. Users highlighted the cordiality and helpfulness of the employees, but highlighted the need for improvements in relation to the agility and efficiency of the services provided.

Other consulates received mixed reviews. O Italian Consulate in Rio de Janeiro obtained an average of 3.2 stars (in 2022 it was 3.0 stars), while the Italian Consulate in Recife saw its rating drop from 3.2 to 2.9 stars.

When researching about businesses or services, most customers and users use Google as a reference. When heading to the Italian Consulate in Curitiba, the Italians are already aware of its 2.8 star rating, a value lower than that recorded in 2022, which was 2.9 stars. The representation in Paraná has the worst rating among all Italian consular agencies in Brazil.
