The intervention requires the complete suspension of the platform starting at 10:00 AM on February 23rd. During the maintenance period, the system will be unavailable for any type of operation. Normal operation should resume on February 26th.
Users who have appointments scheduled for the days of unavailability should download the service confirmation in advance. This measure is necessary to avoid difficulties accessing the service location during the website's suspension.
Due to the migration, the schedule for the upcoming passport "click days" has been changed. The slots that would have been available during the interruption will now be offered on March 2nd and 3rd.
The channel designated for emergency passport applications will not be affected. The service remains active according to the specific guidelines available on each consular representation's website.
