Ingredients
  • 2 cans of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 5 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 package of broken cornstarch biscuits (200g)
  • Grease margarine
  • Icing sugar for sprinkling
Preparation

In a pan, mix the condensed milk, butter and chocolate. Cook over low heat, stirring.

As soon as it boils, cook for 10 minutes or until it comes away from the bottom of the pan. Remove from heat and mix the essence and biscuits.

Pour into a greased medium rectangular baking dish and let it cool.

Refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut into pieces and roll in icing sugar.

Serve or keep in a sealed container until ready to serve.

Ingredients
  • 1 and 1/2 pack of cornstarch biscuits (300g)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Icing sugar for sprinkling
Brigadeiro
  • 3 cans of condensed milk
  • 250g of chopped half bitter chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
  • 1 box of sour cream (200g)
Preparation

For the brigadeiro, in a pan mix the condensed milk, semi-sweet chocolate, butter and chocolate powder. Place over low heat, stirring until the chocolate melts and leaves the bottom of the pan. Mix the cream and let it cool. In a blender, grind half of the cornstarch biscuit and transfer to a bowl. Add the butter and mix by hand until it forms a moist crumb. Line a 24 cm diameter springform pan with plastic wrap. At the bottom of the pan, spread the farofa, pressing it with your fingers. Reserve some brigadeiro for the topping. Make layers of brigadeiro and the rest of the cornstarch biscuit, ending with brigadeiro. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Remove, turn out onto a platter and decorate with the reserved brigadeiro. To finish, sprinkle with icing sugar and serve.

  • 1 package of coarsely chopped cornstarch biscuits (200g)

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 4 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
Preparation

In a pan, mix the condensed milk, butter and chocolate. Place over medium heat and stir until thickened. Remove from the heat, mix with the melted chocolate and cookies. Pour into a greased medium ovenproof dish and refrigerate for 2 hours. For the syrup, place all the ingredients in a pan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until a syrup forms.   • 350g of chopped half bitter chocolate

  • Two boxes of cream (400g)
  • Two packages of cornstarch biscuits (400g)
  • Crushed cornstarch biscuit for sprinkling

  • 2 cups (tea) of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Preparation

In a pan, mix the condensed milk, semi-sweet chocolate, butter and chocolate powder. Place over low heat, stirring until it boils, the chocolate melts and it no longer sticks to the bottom of the pan. Mix the cream and let it cool. Reserve 1 cup (tea) of the brigadeiro. Mix the syrup ingredients in a bowl and set aside. In a 24cm diameter springform pan, make a layer of biscuits moistened with the reserved syrup. Make a thin layer of brigadeiro. Repeat the layers until the ingredients are finished, ending with brigadeiro. Refrigerate for 4 hours. Unmold, cover with the reserved brigadeiro, sprinkle with biscuits and serve immediately.

  • 1/2 cup (tea) milk

  • 2 cans of condensed milk cooked for 40 minutes under pressure
  • 1 can of sour cream
  • Two packages of cornstarch biscuits (400g), coarsely chopped
  • Icing sugar for sprinkling
Preparation

In a bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the milk and let it hydrate for 5 minutes. Transfer to a pan and heat over low heat to dissolve, without letting it boil. Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Blend the melted chocolate, dissolved gelatin, cooked condensed milk and cream in a blender until smooth. In a large rectangular baking dish, alternate layers of biscuit and cream, ending with cream. Dust with icing sugar and refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 6 tablespoons of Ninho Milk
  • 2 Packets of Oreo Cookie

Preparation

In a pan, place the condensed milk, butter and powdered milk and cook over low heat, mixing constantly until it comes away from the bottom of the pan or for about 8 minutes. Remove from the heat and add the chopped biscuits and mix well. Place in a 20cm maximum greased pan lined with baking paper (greased) or plastic film, leave it in a uniform shape and place in the freezer for 30 minutes or 2 hours in the fridge.
