Around 350 appeals are awaiting judgment. There is already jurisprudence related to the same topic.
The case concerns 1.188 applicants who filed applications for citizenship between July 2015 and 2017 in the town of Ospedaletto Lodigiano, in the Province of Lodi, northern Italy. All of their citizenships were revoked due to residency fraud.
