Scheduling the Italian citizenship recognition service was suspended this week by Consulate General of Italy in Rio de Janeiro.

On its website, the body published a long-winded note: “Please note that the citizenship scheduling service is temporarily suspended for technical-organizational reasons. A specific communication on timing and the method of reactivating the calendar will be published soon".
