The capital of São Paulo continues to attract restaurants dedicated to Italian cuisine, whether featuring artisanal pasta, creative pizzas, or refined tasting menus. Among the 31 new addresses highlighted in the special The Best of São Paulo Gastronomy – Restaurants, Bars and Cuisine, from Folha, seven are dedicated to Italian cuisine or have a strong influence from this tradition.

The houses are spread across neighborhoods such as Itaim Bibi, Ibirapuera and Pinheiros, with proposals ranging from tavern uncomplicated to signature cuisine.
Glasses
A more casual version of Tre Bicchieri, a traditional Jardins restaurant, this restaurant combines elegance with classic recipes. The menu highlights include the spaghetti with meatballs in pomodoro sauce (R$83) and the ragu ravioli with pecorino and parmesan cheeses in porcini cream (R$87). There's also a bar with drinks and a wine list.

Bottega Bernacca
This charming restaurant in Ibirapuera Park has part of its dining room outdoors. The cuisine emphasizes fresh ingredients and traditional techniques, with options like spaghetti cacio e pepe with Sicilian lemon and bottarga (R$105). For starters, there are porcini mushroom croquettes with prosciutto (R$69).
