Conceived by Alex Allard, the space is a tribute to the heritage of Italian immigrants in São Paulo, focusing on the pleasure of sharing and warm hospitality.

The architectural project divides the historic mansion into seven interconnected spaces, each with its own "soul":
- Dolce vita, capo e conde: Spaces that range from classic to sophisticated.
- Kitchen and terrace: Focus on freshness and outdoor living.
- Positano and Tivoli: References to the Italian coast and winter gardens.
The aesthetic makes extensive use of warm lighting, velvets, and artistic interventions, creating a luxurious and welcoming retreat just a few meters from Avenida Paulista.
