Mother's Day in Italy is celebrated this Sunday, May 10, 2026, just like in Brazil. To mark the date, the cities of Rome and Milan are organizing a series of free activities aimed at families and children.

Free events in Rome

In Rome, the highlight is the creative space set up at Villa Pamphili by the VIVI brand. Starting at 11 am on Sunday, children can participate in the activity "How beautiful is my mother". (How beautiful is my mamma), which offers easels, canvases and paints for painting.

In the cultural sector, the MAXXI museum offers free entry to all mothers accompanied by their children. Another option in the capital is the swap party organized by CAV Roma Talenti, where it's possible to exchange used clothes in a charitable initiative.

For those seeking historical tours, the center of Rome will free tours Guided by the main monuments. In the town of Pomezia, the Lavinium Civic Archaeological Museum promotes the event "A flower for mom". (Un fiore per la mamma), with children's readings and workshops.

Free activities in Milan
