The city of Valinhos, located in the Metropolitan Region of Campinas/SP, will host the 3rd Italian Festival of the Parish of Saint Christopher in this weekend.
The event promises to revive Italian tradition and culture, highlighting typical dishes, cultural activities and moments of faith.
Typical gastronomy is the big attraction
The party will feature a food court filled with Italian delicacies, such as gnocchi, lasagna, tagliatelle and creamy polenta. In addition, there will be a variety of beverage options for visitors.
Cultural and religious activities complement the program
Among the attractions, the public will be able to enjoy the Awards Show, the traditional Sancris Shop Bazaar and the winning roulettes. Religious celebrations are also an important part of the event, with masses scheduled for Saturday and Sunday.

Valinhos: a prominent municipality in Brazil
In addition to its strong Italian community, Valinhos is known as the Purple Fig Capital and stands out for its guava production.
