Centuripe, a small town hidden in the hills of Sicilia, in Italy, offers a unique view from the air.
Pio Andrea Peri, a local photographer, recently used his drone to capture Centuripe's unique shape from high in the sky.

After discovering the unusual shape of his city while looking at it in the Google Earth, Peri decided to check it out for himself. From the right angle, the city looks like a silhouette of a person with arms and legs outstretched.
after the aerial photographs made by Pio began to receive international attention, the city's mayor invited the young artist to hold an exhibition and show his work.

“It was a difficult photo to create and I had to use multiple photos because of the drone height limit,” Pio said of his most popular photo. “I overlaid around 18 photos manually in post-production and it took two hours of editing, I'm very happy with the result.”
