"Nel Lazio With Love“, the name of the project, aims to support the chain of wedding services and encourage couples to get married in the region.
The invitation was published in the last few days and has a total budget of 10 milhões de euros (around R$60 million).
It doesn't matter where you want to organize it, whether in the center of Rome, on a beach in... Ostia, in a medieval village or a castle, spouses can ask the region up to 2 thousand euros in reimbursement of the expenses incurred.
The wedding sector has been hit hard by the coronavirus pandemic, so it was decided to support the entire supply chain that organizes the services.
From wedding planners to wedding dress shops, photographers to caterers, once you're married and paid for your services, simply send the refund requests on the official website by attaching invoices for purchases or services.
Also included are car rental, honeymoon services (maximum 700 euros), purchase of rings, printing of invitations and floral decorations.
The initiative is open to all spouses, Italians and foreigners, who decide to enter into marriage or civil union by December 31, 2022.
