Failure to comply with decision

Deadline and commissioner to act
The TAR (Regional Administrative Court) ruled that the Ministry of the Interior and the municipal civil registrar must fully comply with the sentence within 90 days.
If the deadline is not met, the TAR has already appointed the mayor of Belluno as commissioner. to act, with powers to directly execute the acts necessary to comply with the decision.
Costs and confidentiality
The procedural expenses were offset between the parties. The court, however, ordered the restitution of the unified contribution (court fee) to the applicants, with direct allocation to the responsible lawyer.
