An earthquake measuring 3.1 on the Richter scale hit the city of Acquasanta Terme, in the region of Brands (Marche), this Saturday (22), and scared local residents.
The phenomenon was felt at 12:50 pm (local time), but did not cause damage around the epicenter, 4 km from the city and 20 km deep.
The phenomenon was accompanied by four more aftershocks.
The new earthquake is registered almost four years after the earthquake of August 24, 2016, which caused more than 280 deaths in the region.
