A team from RAI, the main Italian TV, will be in Espírito Santo between January 27th and February 4th to record a series of reports on Italian immigration – mainly in the mountainous cities ofNew Immigrant Sale e Santa Teresa.
The arrival of the team led by Michael Five It was scheduled for September last year, but plans were changed due to the pandemic.
The visit is supported by the Public Archive of the State of Espírito Santo, the State Tourism Secretariat and the Italian Community of Espírito Santo.
The representative of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Santa Catarina, Diego Mezzogiorno, one of RAI's correspondents in Brazil and a columnist for Italianismo, will also be accompanying the Italian team, along with Cilmar Franceschetto, general director ofState Public Archiveof the Holy Spirit.

RAI intends to tell stories of personalities who descend from the first immigrants in Espírito Santo, traditional festivals and events, agritourism, the historical-tourist potential of the State, considered one of the main cradles of Italian immigration in Brazil.
The capitalVictory, routetraveled by the first immigrants, should also appear in special reports.
