Died this Friday (24), the Brazilian Maikol Kened, 39 years old. Ten days ago he suffered a motorcycle accident in San Giuliano, in the province of Milan, in northern Italy.

The news of his death was published in an official note on his official Facebook page.

A well-known and beloved businessman in the Brazilian community in Italy, he underwent surgery and was induced into a coma, but did not survive his injuries.

On that occasion, he collided with a Lancia Ypsilon, driven by a 28-year-old man.

The news of his death took his friends by surprise.

“How sad, a person who helped so many others. I didn’t know him personally, but (he) always answered my questions about working in Italy, may God welcome him with open arms”, wrote Clarice Cardoso, on Facebook.

“I'm so, so sorry. A guy who helped me a lot, my God, how sad. Rest in peace friend!”, published Ruça Pagano.

Read the official note

Today, our dearly beloved Maikol Kened has departed and is no longer with us.

There is no pain that compares to what we are feeling now, with the loss of a loved one. There are no words that can repair the suffering of seeing someone we love leave, from one moment to the next. For those of us who remain, there remains longing, sadness and the certainty of infinite love.

We appreciate everyone's prayers and support.

We ask for respect in this moment of pain.
