The Prime Minister of Italy, Giorgia Meloni, confirmed its presence at the G20 leaders' summit, which will take place on November 18th and 19th, in Rio de Janeiro.

Meloni, known for her firm and conservative positions, will have a series of strategic meetings during her stay in Brazil.

Among the confirmed commitments, a meeting with the president of Argentina stands out, Javier Milei, an ideological ally and prominent figure of the right in Latin America, which has also confirmed its presence at the G20 summit.

The G20 is made up of the largest economies in the world. The group is made up of 19 countries (South Africa, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, South Korea, United States, France, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, United Kingdom, Russia and Turkey), in addition to the African Union and the European Union.

This year, G20 working group meetings will take place in 13 host cities in the Brazil, who holds the rotating presidency of the group from December 2023 to November 2024.
