A survey carried out by the social network LinkedIn and released this week listed the 10 most emerging jobs in the market in Italy, that is, the roles that had the highest hiring rates in the last four years.
Taking the top 10 emerging jobs in the LinkedIn survey, the profiles that are increasingly sought after in Italy are in the digital and technological sectors, with emphasis on professionals specializing in data protection, who came in first place.
In the list, the data protection profession was followed by the Salesforce consultant and the big data developer, who closed the podium of the top three positions. In fourth came the specialist in artificial intelligence, one of the most innovative professional profiles.

According to the heads of human resources management at companies and employment agencies in Italy, the country's workers have several deficiencies in terms of digital skills, which are increasingly fundamental to finding work and growing professionally in a fluid and dynamic, connected world. and linked to the evolution of technologies and artificial intelligence.
For them, the most fundamental skills to enter and grow in the job market in the country are in the technological field and coding (15%), ability to properly manage the Microsoft Office suite (14%), social media skills (12%), web design (11%) and data analysis (10%).
Italian recruiters also stated that the skills most lacking in the country's professionals are those in the field of technology and coding (36%), problem solving (31%), creativity (30%) and the ability to manage work schedules correctly (28%).
Overall, 40% of recruiters think there are not enough candidates with the right digital skills compared to available jobs in Italy.
