The Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced the distribution of scholarships for foreigners and Italians living abroad.
The scholarships will be valid for the 2022 and 2023 academic year, but online applications must be submitted by interested parties by 14 p.m. (Italian time) on June 9th.
In a note released by the Italian Embassy in Brasília, it was informed that the scholarship will only cover courses taken in Italian territory. Furthermore, interested parties can apply through the portal “Study in Italy".
One of the main objectives of the action is to promote cooperation in science and technology, in addition to further spreading knowledge of the language and Italian culture.
According to the notice, scholarships will be offered to students to complete their studies or training programs in public or legally recognized Italian educational institutions.

In advanced Italian language and culture courses, for example, scholarships will be awarded for a period of three months to people who exclusively attend an Italian course at a university or cultural institute in the European country.
Scholarships are still available for higher education courses in arts, music, and dance for a period of six or nine months. The program also offers master's degree scholarships for the same duration.
The complete notice and the list of beneficiary nations can be accessed by interested parties through the website https://studyinitaly.esteri.it/it/node/30.
