However, in addition to not being able to complete the process, the Italian Citizenship Institute, according to the businesswoman's allegations, had lost her documents.
According to her, the contract was signed in July 2019 and stipulated a two-year period for the Italian citizenship ruling for her, two adult relatives, and three minors. For months she has been requesting the protocol number from the Italian court, as the case should have been forwarded to them. Court of Rome for a long time, but the businesswoman says she has not received any response from the company.
Still in an interview with the magazine TogetherCintia Gurgel said she paid the Italian Citizenship Institute. more than R$40 thousand for the service, still in 2019. “Other people who went to court after me have already had a hearing and are awaiting sentencing. And now the former deputy has blocked me on WhatsApp and doesn't respond to messages or emails. I feel confused”, said the businesswoman.
She says that, for now, she does not want any type of reimbursement, but just for the service she paid for to be performed. She remembers that minors at the time of the contract are already adults, but still hope to have their citizenship through the process initiated at the Instituto Cidadania Italiana.
The magazine Together says he looked for the former deputy Renata Bueno through WhatsApp, but received no response.
