Two illy chefs remained in the 2024 ranking: Niko Romito (19th), from the Reale restaurant in Castel di Sangro, and Mauro Uliassi (50th), who runs a restaurant of the same name in Senigallia, both in Italy.

As an official partner of the event, illy offered all guests, during the three days of the event, the illy Cold Brew, a cold coffee experience obtained by cold infusing the best illy 100% Arabica coffee.

An exclusive brunch in the Tower Suite of the Wynn Hotel, dedicated to the discovery of illy's exclusive 100% Arabica blend, created by selecting only 1% of the best sustainably grown Arabica coffee beans, was also the occasion to announce the entry of Jessica Rosval into the illy Chef Ambassador project.
