The traditional Bragança Paulista Sausage Festival is back for its 12th edition and promises to liven up the September holiday and weekends.
The event, which this year celebrates the 150 years of Italian immigration in Brazil, takes place on the 6th, 7th, 8th, 13th, 14th and 15th of September at Mounting Station, in Bragança Paulista. Admission is free, and the public can participate in the festivities on Fridays, from 18 pm to 22 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays, from 10 am to 22 pm.
The festival, famous for its rich gastronomic tradition, will offer more than 40 dishes based on the famous Bragantina sausage, bringing new products that promise to surprise the public's taste buds, such as pizza in a cone, sausage gyoza and the creative “Hot Brag”, a hot dog made with sausage, of course.
