In celebration of 150 years of Italian immigration to Brazil, Londrina opens its doors to an exhibition that promises to move and connect generations.
promoted by Italian Cultural Association I Bravissimi, in partnership with the Historical Museum of Londrina, the exhibition “150 Years of Italian Immigration in Brazil” will be available to the public until December 13th at the City Hall.
In addition to paying tribute to the trajectory of Italians in the country, the event also celebrates the 90th anniversary of the city's founding, reinforcing the cultural legacy left by the Italian families who helped build Londrina and the North of Paraná.

“This is the first exhibition of memories from the Italian community in northern Paraná. A dream cherished since the beginning by the I Bravissimi association, which we have now realized. It is a record that was missing from history and could not fail to be presented during the celebrations of Londrina’s 90th anniversary”, he highlights. Hylea Ferraz, director of the entity.
The exhibition brings together historical documents, photographs and personal objects from more than 30 Italian families who settled in Londrina, offering a detailed overview of the trajectory of these immigrants. The collection highlights their struggles, achievements and the impact of Italian culture on the formation of the city.
Organized with the support of descendants of Italians, the exhibition reflects the legacy of generations that helped build a plural Londrina connected to its Italian roots.

One of the highlights will be the visit of authorities from Modena, Londrina's sister city, on the 9th, which will take the bilingual catalogs of the project “The Call of Blood” as a symbol of the cultural exchange between the cities.
