Among the consulates, the main highlight is Porto Alegre, which went from 2,7 stars in 2022 to 4,5 in 2025 — an increase of 66,7%, the largest among Italian consular representations in Brazil. This significant improvement reflects the reorganization of services and more efficient service to the Italian-Brazilian community in Rio Grande do Sul, a result of the work led by Consul General Valerio Caruso.

Recife was the only consulate to register a drop in its average rating. The consulate had 3,2 stars in 2022, fell to 2,9 in 2023, and even with a slight recovery, reached 3,1 in 2025.
