The debate will focus on Decree-Law 36/25, which addresses changes in citizenship legislation. The discussion takes place under the analysis of two referral orders sent to the Constitutional Court.
The seminar is held a few days before the hearing at the Constitutional Court. scheduled for March 11Experts will discuss the validity of the new rules and their legal impact.
An e-book on the subject, published by Editora Pacini, will be presented at the event. The event is coordinated by Professor Gianluca Scarchillo from La Sapienza University.
