Therefore, according to the votes of the readers of Condé Nast Traveler No. Readers' Choice Awards 2020Rome, Venice, Florence, or Milan – cities included in almost every itinerary – are far from pleasing tourists.

The most tourist-friendly city is Bologna, or Bologna in Italian. The historic capital of the Emilia-Romagna region in northern Italy received 93,51 points.
